转眼就是四年级了，三年多学习生活经历了三任班主任的轮换。在我的成长中，帮助过我的人不少，令我印象最深刻的是四年级的班主任—刘老师。
我性格并不内向，只因为在班上年龄最小，在学校胆小怕事，上课很少举手发言，而且做作业急躁，错题很少主动纠错。由于这些性格特点，我在学习，生活中遇了不少困难，尤其在二、三年级，我常常被这些困难困扰着，担心是不是太小跟班有问题。读四年级后，班主任刘老师很快就发现了我的弱点，她找我谈心，鼓励我说“章萌，你一定要锻炼自己的胆量，要积极协助老师做好班上的工作，带领同学们学习好，争当一个优秀的学生”。为了锻炼我，她安排我做了小组长。在老师的支持帮助下，我逐渐克服了胆小的毛病，每天主动帮助老师收齐作业，家庭作业回家半小时内做完，自己认真检查，错题主动更正。通过两个月的锻炼，我变得越来越有学习自信了。10月份我报名并被选进校舞蹈队，后来又被提名参加长沙晚报校园记者。
