meat can provide the protein, fat, and essential amino acids that our body needs to function properly. vegetables can provide different kinds of vitamins and minerals to help improve our immune system.

we should avoid grain because it is high in carbohydrate and if you continue a diet that is high in grain, you can develop diabetes. fruit on the other hand contains high amount of fructose which can cause insulin spike, and all the vitamins you find in fruit can also be found in vegetable.

今天,妈妈蒸了我最爱吃的大闸蟹。上桌时,这只大闸蟹背壳金黄,散发着诱人的香气。我正迫不及待地要抓起一只时,爸爸制止了我,并神秘兮兮地拿出一个盒子,上写三个大字——蟹八件。

爸爸告诉我,蟹八件是由“狼牙锤”、“青龙勺"、“日月镊”、“风驰剪”、“青铜镦”、“乾坤斧”、“梨花针”、柳叶刀”共八件物品组成的,它们小巧精致,分工明确。

首先,我们要用“风驰剪”把蟹腿、蟹钳剪去,然后就可以拿出“日月镊”把里面的肉完整地取出来,这一步让我惊叹不已,要知道我以前可是把它们弃之不理的呢!

接着,就要开始“解剖”了。我们先把蟹放在“青铜镦”上,用“狼牙锤”锤锤蟹壳周围,然后拿出“乾坤斧”在蟹壳未端一撬,蟹壳就被打开了。看着色彩鲜艳的蟹黄,我的口水直往外涌,深深吸上一口,顿时唇齿留香,真不愧凤髓龙肝之美称啊。

由于胃和心是不能吃的,我们便可以用“柳叶刀”与“梨花针”分别将其取出,真是既方便又快捷。

最后一步,当然是开启饕餮大餐了。拿起“青龙勺”,把蟹黄、蟹膏和蟹肉统统挖出来,置于盘中,取一小块放入嘴中细品。微咸的蟹黄、软糯的蟹膏、鲜嫩的蟹肉更是让我这个吃货沉浸于其中。

爸爸还告诉我,国人食蟹的`历史可追溯到西周时代,已有两千八百年的吃蟹历史,而且食蟹是一件大有讲究的雅事。早在明代,能工巧匠就创造出一整套的精巧食蟹工具。我再细看这“蟹八件”,它小巧玲珑、熠熠生辉,不仅美观精致、实用方便,更是集结了中华人民的智慧,实在是妙不可言啊!
