good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen:

when the topic “people and nature” first caught my eye, i was reminded

of a story about myself and my violin.

i began learning to play the violin when i was eight years old. at

first, it was a very hard thing for me. after my continued efforts, i was

able to play a lot of musical pieces very soon.

i felt so proud of myself that i began to behave arrogantly.

my violin teacher noticed this and told me: “to be a good violin player,

you should first of all love and respect your violin. you should obey the

rules of playing it so as to make harmonious melodies. remember, play the

violin not only with your hands, but also with your heart and soul. ”

ladies and gentlemen, i believe that nature is to people what my violin

is to me. isn’t it true that people deal with nature just as i play the

violin? isn’t it true that we have been so arrogant that we take liberties

with nature, which brings about the discord between nature and ourselves?

since my violin and i have finally reached harmony, why can’t people and

nature head toward the same direction?

ladies and gentlemen, we cannot wait. nor can we afford to wait until

the day when we find no city, no hilton hotel, no lecture hall to hold any

speech contests in. let us love and respect nature, nature that is the

violin people have played for thousands of years. let us treasure it, and

play it with our heart and soul. let us observe its rules while developing

our industry, modernizing our traffic system, and improving our living

conditions, so that one day, people and nature will together produce the

most beautiful and peaceful music.

on that day, i am sure to be there with my violin, to join the world

orchestra, in playing the ode to harmony, the eternal harmony between

people and nature.

尊敬的各位领导、同学们：

下午好!我是xx班宣传委xxx，很荣幸获得本期优秀通讯员奖，结合初中作班委的经验，我认为做好班委工作，最重要的就是认真负责，与同学们心与心沟通。

作为宣传委，为了协助霸州一中报社搞好校报，同时也为了展示一中文化风采，我认真工作，积极组织班内撰写文章，并发挥我班特长，丰富校报内容，提供插图。

在校园，校报作为我们的重要宣传阵地，它定期展示先进师生事迹，提供校园内主要新闻资料，方便师生了解各种信息，丰富师生文化生活。而校报的编辑工作是要经过一定时间的筛癣制作才能出版，特别是学生稿件，由于数量众多，而报社人员又少，这无形之中加大了报社办报的难度，所以要求同学们投稿质量高，要有一定的水平，内容丰富，有创新。

为了提高校报投稿的思想性，我主要采取了两项措施，一是围绕某一校报主题，推出综合性、全方位、深层次的征稿，提倡讲事实，述背景，有分析的文章，强化宣传效果，发挥舆论导向作用。提高校报思想性的另一项措施是加强言论，针对校内一些倾向性问题，及时发表文章或作品进行讨论。

为了提高校报稿件的可读性，我大力提倡“短、实、深、活”的文风，短就是多投短小精悍的文章，突出文章的中心。实，就是要求文章事实准确，内容实在，尽量减少文章“水分”，不空发议论，使每篇文章在报纸上都“物有所值”;深，就是力求内容要深入，文章主题有深度，让读者感到“解渴”;活，就是追求文章内容新鲜，文章生动，流畅，活泼，融思想性、文学性、知识性于一体。

另外，做好宣传工作首先要让同学们了解投稿的意义，让同学们有一种竞争意识，提高稿件的质量以及数量。把每次校报的主题与同学们的兴趣爱好——美术联系起来。让同学们想投稿，愿意投稿，从而展示自己的才华。希望各宣传委采取适当的方法，调动学生们的积极性，踊跃投稿。

宣传工作很重要，有时也很辛苦，希望大家再接再励，以高度的责任心对待自己的工作，发扬吃苦耐劳的精神，为我校的宣传工作做出新的贡献,担起心中的那份责任!

人的一生总要面对无数次选择，就像下棋一样，在黑与白交织的世界里，每向前迈一步，都要经历一次内心的困苦，犹豫，绝望而后坚定的成长过程。有人说："这就是人生的魅力。"而正处于十字路口的我们，告别了充满幼稚与凝重的初中，一个举目一新，春机盎然的职业学校又出现在我面前，而我还在为昨天的失败沮丧不已;正为揉碎在蓝海里的梦想而痛苦万分，但是，我对自己说：我选择这里，张开我的翅膀，播种我的希望，让梦在这里延续，让青春在这里腾飞。

在校园的点点滴滴，我逐渐抛弃了幼稚，更深刻明白了青春的内涵。青春是当你播下疏狂，它就回赠你悔恨和枯涩，你播下懒惰，青春就惩罚你以荒芜和悲凉;你播下勤奋，青春就赏赐以欢乐和甜蜜。当我们在品味青春时，像饮一杯蜂蜜，也像饮一杯白开水，在蜂蜜的甜腻中尝出平淡，在白开水的清淡中品出平凡。正是这种青春的内涵，也向我印证了青春的理想。先哲说过：理想如星辰-——我们永不能触到，但我们可以像航海者一样，借星光的位置而航行。"我因此陷入了重重的沉思，夜幕降临时，校园内一阵阵淡淡的芬芳随着轻风沁如我的心肺，此时我明白，花朵以自己独特的芬芳在熏陶着一代新人，我们作为21世纪的新新人类更应该像航海者不断摸索我们的理想，用青春去抒写奋斗。

people say thatour future is a battle between the reality and our dreams. and if,unfortunately, mr. reality wins this war, then i see no future of mankind atall. aids will never be curable as this is the reality; people living in theundeveloped countries will suffer from starvation forever as this is thereality; disputes among different countries would never be settled as thismisunderstandings and intolerance is the reality.
